Leadership Dialogue Series

About the Leadership Dialoue Series:
The Leadership Dialogue series started in 2013, with the objectives to educate, inspire, and instil leadership values and qualities amongst the members of SPGG, and the Singapore Polytechnic community, by learning from our national leaders, industrial captains, business champions, and other personalities. Over the years, the Guild has had the fortune of learning from prominent leaders such as Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, former Labour Chief Mr Lim Swee Say, Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Ambassador-at-Large Professor Tommy Koh, Dr Tan Cheng Bock, Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills) Ong Ye Kung, former Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Law, and Ministry of Home Affairs, Associate Professor Ho Peng Kee, and Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Polytechnic, Mr Soh Wai Wah.

Our most recent moderators for these dialogues were Mr Viswa Sadasivan from Strategic Moves Pte Ltd, and a former Nominated Member of Parliament; and Associate Professor Tan Hwee Hoon from Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business.

Our dialogues are in a Q&A style—guest speakers sometimes start off with a speech or presentation, before sitting down with a moderator, and finally opening the floor to questions from the audience.
