Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


This scheme rewards SPGG members who introduce new Banquet customers to the Guild.

All SPGG members—including Honorary, Life, Ordinary, Associate, Corporate, Social, Student and Term members—with a valid and active membership status.

A new Banquet customer is an organisation or person who did not have any bookings with SPGG in the last six months.

Bookings for SPGG’s packages—seminars, trainings, weddings, solemnisations, birthdays, year-end parties—or basic room rentals.

We reward eligible members with SPGG F&B vouchers which can be used at the Guild’s F&B outlets—The Restaurant, Poolside Café, and The Coffee Hub.

The incentives are:

Banquet Sales Incentive
$1,500 to $2,999.99 $50 F&B voucher
$3,000 to $4,499.99 $100 F&B voucher
$4,500 or more $200 F&B voucher


Definition of Banquet sales:
• Total Banquet sales include service charges, but exclude GST, car park coupons, and    complimentary items.
• Excludes all SPGG internal functions, co-hosted, and co-sponsored functions with external parties
An SPGG member may accumulate the total Banquet sales to achieve a different tier of incentives, provided that the dates of the Banquet functions are within the same calendar month.

No, we do not allow the use of SPGG F&B vouchers to offset any Banquet invoice.

The F&B vouchers will be ready for collection within one week from the receipt of the deposit from the new Banquet customer, or date of the Banquet function—whichever is earlier.
