Join us on an interesting nature learning experience in one of Singapore’s richest biodiversity of wildlife and plants to be found!

Slated for land reclamation in 1992 and in Dec 2000, but was deferred when the wonderful secrets of Chek Jawa was discovered and public attention was drawn as thousands of citizens flocked to this wetland treasure. A great opportunity to enjoy and learn about the different eco-systems all within a small area where some animal or plant found are no longer commonly found in Singapore.

An experienced guide will share and show you some of the rich biodiversity of wildlife to be found in Chek Jawa. Previous interesting wildlife encountered are the Oriental whip snake, Grey headed sea eagle, Mud lobster, Wild boar and many more. Besides exploring Chek Jawa, the morning trip will also visit two other beautiful nature spots in Pulau Ubin to explore and look for wildlife / birds.

Trip programme includes:
- Nature exploring and nature appreciation study walk. Participants will be taught how to spot animals during the walk.
