Relief Measures to Lighten the Burden of Affected Members

We are mindful of the impact the monthly subscription fee adjustment might have to some of our members. To soften this increase, affected members (Ordinary, Associate and Corporate) will be receiving loyalty vouchers of $45 per quarter for Single Membership and an additional of $30 per quarter for Membership with Guests (Family Privilege) to offset the increase over the 18 months period. The loyalty vouchers would be accorded to the affected members in alignment with your MSL Period in batches. The 1st batch of affected members can expect to receive their loyalty vouchers commencing March 2019.

Terms and Conditions

  • The voucher can be used for spending in our SPGG F&B Outlets, namely: The Restaurant, Poolside Café and The Coffee Hub.
  • Voucher cannot be used to offset Membership Fees or exchangeable for cash.
  • No cash refund or change would be given if consumption is less than the voucher value.
  • Spending will not be included in your F&B Minimum Spending Levy (MSL)
  • SPGG reserves all rights to reject the use of vouchers and amend the terms and conditions without prior notice

What is this Loyalty Voucher (Voucher)?

In our AGM dated 27 Oct 2018, the resolution to increase the subscription fee for Ordinary, Associate and Corporate members by $15 per month and the subscription fee for Guests (Family Privilege) by $10 per month commencing 01 Jan 2019 had been carried out after a simple majority vote.

To soften this increase, affected members will be receiving Vouchers of $45 per quarter for Single Membership and an additional of $30 per quarter for Membership with Guests (Family Privilege) to offset the increase over the 18 months period.

Who is eligible for this Voucher?

Members affected by the increase would be receiving the Voucher:

Single Membership

Ordinary / Associate / Corporate

Membership with Guests (Family Privilege)

Ordinary / Associate / Corporate / Life


Members must have an active account and incurred 3 consecutive months of membership fees in the quarters ending: Q1-Mar2019, Q2-Jun2019, Q3-Sep2019, Q4-Dec2019, Q5-Mar2020 and Q6-Jun2020.


How is the Voucher disbursed to Members?

Vouchers would be sent to Members via their home address on a quarter basis, totally to 6 quarters (18 months)

Single Membership $45 per quarter, totalling to $270
Membership with Guests (Family Privilege) $30 per quarter, totalling to $180



Where can I use my Voucher?

Can I transfer my Voucher to my friends?

Yes, you can transfer but voucher usage is subject to validity date. However, if your friend is not our SPGG Member, he would not be entitled to Member’s privileges.


What are the blackout dates for the voucher?

The blackout dates are on eve of Chinese New year and 15 days of Chinese New Year.


When will I receive my voucher and the validity for the vouchers?

Voucher would be issued in alignment with your MSL quarters in batches. The 1st batch would be receiving the Voucher commencing Mar 2019.
